Jack Heneghan
Director of Coaching

A former national league basketball player, Jack has been a fitness enthusiast his whole life. Following his degree in Sports Psychology Jack turned to personal training. In 2008 a friend gave him a CrossFit workout to do and despite finding himself lying on the floor struggling to breathe, he was hooked! The competitive nature and mental and physical challenge that each work out gave has made him realise this is the way forward. In 2010 Jack completed his level 3 PT. Not content with just this qualification he went on to complete his CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit gymnastics and CrossFit mobility. With the Optimal Life Fitness Centre he became a REPS certified, Extreme Kettlebell Instructor, Bulgarian Heavy Bag instructor and Olympic Lifting Instructor. He also holds the Thump Boxing advanced instructor certificate.

This summer will see Jack complete his Poliquin Bio-Signature modulation and his personal training clients will receive this service as part of their regular PT sessions.

His aim is to bring CrossFit to as many people as possible and eventually seriously affect the average levels of obesity in the UK.

Olly Goddard

Olly found CrossFit whilst looking for a suitable strength & conditioning program for MMA training. The depth and principles of the program seemed to make so much sense that CrossFit soon became more enthralling to him than the martial arts. Shortly after discovering CrossFit Bold, Olly embarked on a lifelong journey to improve the quality of life and fitness of both himself and others through CrossFit training. Olly is truly grateful for the great experiences and friends that he has made (and continues to make) as a result of CrossFit.
Olly is a dedicated coach and actively competing CrossFit athlete who has worked with people of all ability levels from Ice Hockey players to Office workers. Olly believes that, to be effective in the long term, a fitness program has to be fun, creative and enjoyable. In addition to having qualified as a REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer with Premier

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Blauer Tactical PDR Fundamentals Coach, CrossFit Football Trainer and a CrossFit Strongman Trainer

Rich Jefferies

After a few years of running around a park Rich had hit a plateau in terms of his fitness and weight loss and was looking for a new challenge. After trying “globo” gyms and personal training he found In2 opened almost on his doorstep. Writing his name and time up after the first WOD made him realise that he was miles away from being fit! After years of bodyweight movements, Rich still struggles when given a weight but is currently working on that. So, after 4 months of CrossFit Rich lost 11kgs and his bodyfat went from 23% to 14%. This was an awesome change, after years of being told he was “big-boned” and always being last to be picked in sports teams at school he’s realised that this doesn’t have to be the case and looks forward to helping others discover that about themselves.

Rich is interested in the “geek” side of CrossFit and how we can measure the changes that our efforts make and will be making efforts this year to out-geek Gareth (and maybe beat him in a WOD too!). Rich is looking forward to doing the “Strongman” (no irony intended!) and “Endurance” courses later in 2012. Outside of CrossFit Rich loves to sail and ski.
