Personal training at In2 CrossFit Clapham is unlike any form of training you may have experienced before. There is no such thing as a typical session and no one session is alike. Following the ‘Crossfit’ method of training, we guarantee you will have gains unlike anything before.

As a fitness professionals we have spent much of our hard earned money on educating ourselves on the best methods of training the body. As trainers we look to transfer that knowledge onto our clients. With our training you will learn olympic lifting, kettle bell training, strength endurance drills, functional weight lifting, gymnastics and the brutal but effective bulgarian bag!

All of our training will lead to rapid weight loss but more importantly, it will give serious strength gains which you will be able to transfer into everyday life. Ladies please do not be put off with the thoughts of olympic lifting, it WILL NOT turn you into those huge Eastern European gentleman you see at the Olympics! It is a great tool for developing strength and power which will aid you in the quest for that ultimate physique!

Personal training is more than standing there in some flash clothing motivating your client on the treadmill. Credit to you if you have people paying you for that, but we want to change our clients life and have them achieve something each session they were previously unable to do.

We have done many terrible jobs in our life’s and we have been paid next to nothing for our efforts, that’s why our PT prices are so reasonable, we could be doing a much worse job for more money, we would rather work with people who want to change themselves for the better!

Anybody that wishes to have personal training with us must complete the 12 week PT challenge. This involves 36 personal training sessions and 3 sports massage treatments over 12 weeks. The aim is not just to make serious changes to your appearance. Our program will give you the knowledge to continue your training away from the gym or give you a great start on your CrossFit journey. We will help monitor your nutrition and ensure you have an understanding of how to get the most from what you eat. You will learn specific mobility drills to work out those kinks that have built up over the years. You will be given in depth coaching on all the fundamental movements which will give you the knowledge and understanding of how to keep progressing after your 12 week challenge has finished.

The course is structured as follows

Weeks 1-4: 3 PT sessions per week.

Weeks 5-8: 3 PT sessions per week + 1 Gym class per week.

Weeks 9-12: 3 PT sessions per week + 2 Gym classes per week.

 

No one program will be the same as another, whether you want to achieve serious weight loss, rehabilitate yourself after injury or undergo a Daniel Craig bond style transformation we will tailor it to meet your goals.

The course cost is £1750 and can be paid over 2 installments. Simply paying for the course will not guarantee your success which is why we like to sit down first with you and ensure we can work together.

In2CrossFit members can book PT sessions in blocks of 10 at a cost of £375 pounds.

As coaches we will do everything in our power to ensure your goals are met but it will be you who is ultimately responsible for the outcome!
